- Are these pros affiliated with you?
- Members in this directory are claimed, credential-checked, and on a paid plan. Other businesses may have a public-record page, but it remains outside search until that same gate is complete.
- How do businesses get into the directory?
- A public-record profile starts as an unindexed record. The business claims it, we confirm license, insurance, and a background screen, and they pay membership. Only then is it published here and submitted for search. Homeowners never pay us.
- Can I pick a specific pro from the directory?
- Yes, when they are a verified member. If you reached an unverified public-record page from an old link or bookmark, describe the job and we source a vendor. We do not treat that record as a partner.
- Are these paid placements?
- Members pay for membership and leads, which we disclose plainly. But nobody can pay to skip vetting, and Featured placement never overrides the match logic: fit for your job comes first.
- How do I claim a listing that is already here?
- Open the profile and use Claim and verify. We match you to the record, confirm the facts, and then you can register to buy exclusive leads or request advertising review. Advertising is never auto-approved.
