- Why publish a directory if you match me with one pro?
- So you can see who you might be matched with before you share anything. Every member is published by name with their trades, service area, and license disclosure, and when you request a match we send your job to exactly one of them.
- How do pros get into the directory?
- They apply, then pass our vetting: state licensing where the trade requires it, active insurance, a background check, and a workmanship screen. Members pay a membership fee and for the leads we send, homeowners never pay us.
- Can I pick a specific pro from the directory?
- Yes. Every profile has a Request this pro button. Describe your job and, if it fits their trades and service area, we route it straight to them, with an honest price range shown before you commit to anything.
- Are these paid placements?
- Members pay for membership and leads, which we disclose plainly. But nobody can pay to skip vetting, and Featured placement never overrides the match logic: fit for your job comes first.
