Home Repair One is a lead generation and referral service, not a contractor. We do not perform work, provide binding quotes, or arrange service. Pros we refer are independent businesses solely responsible for the work they perform and for carrying applicable state licensing and insurance.

Estimates are informational

Price ranges shown on this site are informational, computed from published price data, and are not quotes or offers. Your actual price is determined solely by the pro you hire, after an on-site assessment. Always verify a pro's credentials with your state licensing board before hiring.

Acceptable use

• Provide accurate information when requesting a match.
• Do not misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the site.
• Use the site only for lawful home-services purposes.

No professional relationship or guarantee

We do not employ, supervise, endorse, or guarantee any referred pro, and a referral is not a recommendation or a warranty of quality, licensing, or fitness. You are responsible for vetting, contracting with, and paying the pro directly, and for verifying their license and insurance with your state or local licensing authority before hiring.

Consent & communications

If you submit a match request, you agree to the consent terms described in our TCPA consent disclosure and Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you may opt out at any time.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Repair One is not liable for the acts, omissions, workmanship, delays, or pricing of any referred pro, or for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or any referral.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Home Repair One harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site, your dealings with any referred pro, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Home Repair One is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts or forum designated by our operating entity, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
